Review ROI

Steady review requests grow your count and usually your rating. We can’t tell you how many more calls that brings; you set that number, and the calculator does the rest.

How we calculate it

  1. Reviews in 12 months = current reviews + new reviews per month × 12
  2. Rating in 12 months = (current reviews × current rating + new reviews × new rating) ÷ reviews in 12 months
  3. Extra calls per month = inbound calls × your lift guess
  4. Added revenue per month = extra calls × calls that become paid jobs × average ticket

The call lift is your assumption; reviews don’t come with a guaranteed number. Treat the dollars as “if this lift happens.” 4.33 is the average number of weeks in a month (52 ÷ 12).
