How we calculate it

  1. Hours per month for a role = people × workflows per person per week × minutes saved per use ÷ 60 × 4.33 weeks
  2. Total hours = sum of all roles
  3. Dollars per month = total hours × loaded hourly cost

Minutes per use default to the median of the recurring time-saved estimates on our workflows for that role. They are our estimates, not measurements, and time saved only counts if it goes to other work. 4.33 is the average number of weeks in a month (52 ÷ 12).
