The prompt
Copy this, then replace everything in [brackets].
Write a 30-second membership pitch for me to say naturally.
Membership: [name, price, benefits]
This customer: [what we did today, equipment age, concerns]
Tie one benefit to today's visit, keep it conversational, make it easy to say no.
Before / after
Before: Skipping it because it feels like selling.
After (example output):
‘Today’s repair would’ve been 15% less as a member, and you’d have both tune-ups covered. That’s how we’d have caught this capacitor before it failed. It’s $16.95 a month. I can apply the discount to today’s bill if you want to join.’
Tips
- Say it like you’d say it to your neighbor.
- Give the AI your readings and findings. It writes better than it diagnoses.
- You’re the tech. If the AI’s answer doesn’t match what you see, trust what you see.
- Review every draft before you send it. You’re accountable for what goes out.
