What we quoted: [options and prices]
Their concern: [price, timing, spouse, second opinion]
Helpful extras: [financing, rebate, warranty]
Friendly, no pressure, answer their concern, one easy next step.
Before / after
Before: The estimate dies in a drawer.
After (example output):
Hi Linda, it’s Marco from [Company]. Just checking in on the AC options from Tuesday. You mentioned wanting to talk it over. Happy to answer questions, and the 0% for 18 months financing would put the Better option around $X/month. No rush. Reply anytime.
Tips
- Follow up once or twice. Not every day.
- Give the AI your readings and findings. It writes better than it diagnoses.
- You’re the tech. If the AI’s answer doesn’t match what you see, trust what you see.
- Review every draft before you send it. You’re accountable for what goes out.
