The prompt
Copy this, then replace everything in [brackets].
Write a 3-email seasonal tune-up campaign.
Season: [fall furnace / spring AC]
Audience: [past customers who aren't members / members]
Offer: [price, deadline]
Proof: [real reasons: catch problems before the cold, warranty requirements]
Email 1: helpful tip + offer. Email 2: reminder + what's included. Email 3: last chance. Short subject lines, under 120 words each.
Before / after
Before: One generic blast in October.
After (example output):
Subject 1: Your furnace’s first cold morning. Body: Most no-heat calls we get in November are from furnaces that haven’t been looked at in a year… Fall tune-up $89 through Oct 31. Subject 3: Tune-up pricing ends Friday.
Tips
- Members get their tune-ups anyway. Send them a ‘book your visit’ version, not a sale.
- Mention your town and service area. Local beats generic every time.
- Real photos of your techs and trucks beat stock photos.
- Review every draft before you send it. You’re accountable for what goes out.
