Before: Unclear text, wrong fitting delivered.

After (example output):

Job 4421, crew waiting: need (1) 3/4 in. x 25 ft line set insulation, (2) 7/8 in. couplings, (1) 30A disconnect. Need by 11 AM. Substitute OK on disconnect brand.

Tips

• Specs and sizes every time.
• Give the AI your notes and the facts. It turns them into clean reports.
• Code and the manufacturer’s install instructions win over anything the AI says.
• Review every draft before you send it. You’re accountable for what goes out.
