Organized checklist the install manager can schedule from without calling me.

Before / after

Before: Install crew learns about the duct change on install day.

After (example output):

Sold: 3-ton two-stage HP + air handler, new thermostat. Attic install, pull-down stairs (tight). Duct: add 20x20 return in hallway (promised). Customer: 2 dogs, work from home, wants 8 AM start. Permit: applied 10/16.

Tips

  • Write down every promise you made. The crew has to keep it.
  • Use your price book and real equipment data. The AI doesn’t know your prices or what’s in stock.
  • Present, don’t push. The homeowner decides.
  • Review every draft before you send it. You’re accountable for what goes out.
